Brother MFC-9840CDW Default Username and Password

Why oh why must these default passwords be buried for various devices.

for an admin account ->
The default username for the 9840CDW is admin
The default password for the 9840CDW is access

for a user account ->
The default username for the 9840CDW is user
The default password for the 9840CDW is access

The same information applies to many other models including a 9045CDN  model we also have in the office.

you use username twice. I think you mean to use the word "password" on each second line?

Dude... you rock indeed.

How in the name of all holy things is this stuff impossible to find in the effing documentation??? I know, you asked the same question.

Anyway, thank you so much for posting this.

Good work, just what I needed, no idea where in the documentation it mentioned this, if at all, but this worked for me!

Oops, I did use username twice and did mean password on each second line. Correct, thank you. I also included a reference to our 9045CDN printer which shares the same information.
